With you
Care that follows your choices.
About us
Melbourne Care Ability supports people with disability to live with dignity, choice, and connection. We work with you, your family, and your support network across Victoria.
Support is built around your goals, your culture, and the way you want to live. You decide what good support looks like. We listen, plan with you, and adjust when life changes.
Participants, families, support coordinators, and plan managers are welcome. We respect linguistic and cultural diversity and keep communication plain and direct.
Why choose us
Open a card to read how each commitment works in practice.
We start with what matters to you: how you spend your day, who you want involved, and what independence looks like. Supports are written in plain language and reviewed with you.
Workers are matched with your preferences in mind, including skills, personality, and language where we can. Screening checks are completed before support starts.
After a referral we confirm your details, talk through the right registration groups, and prepare a service agreement you can review before anything starts.
We respect culture, faith, family roles, and language. Tell us what respectful support looks like for you, and we will build that into the way support is delivered.
